Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to TowerRun, the TowerRun website, pre-release pages, support communications, and future TowerRun mobile app releases provided by BKaseLabs. By accessing TowerRun pages or using TowerRun when it becomes available, you agree to these terms.

2. Developer

TowerRun is developed and published by BKaseLabs. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@bkaselabs.com.

3. Pre-release Status

TowerRun is currently in active development. Screenshots, descriptions, features, gameplay balance, store availability, pricing, monetization, supported platforms, and release timing may change before or after launch.

4. License to Use TowerRun

When TowerRun becomes available, BKaseLabs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use TowerRun for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable app store rules.

You do not own TowerRun, its code, artwork, brand, screenshots, music, sound effects, characters, interface, or related materials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create unauthorized derivative versions of TowerRun.
• Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized tools to alter gameplay or scores.
• Interfere with TowerRun, its website, support systems, or future online features.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit TowerRun without written permission.
• Use TowerRun or BKaseLabs materials in a way that violates laws, store rules, or third-party rights.

6. Accounts, Scores, and Online Features

The TowerRun website does not require an account. TowerRun app builds may use anonymous Unity authentication, leaderboards, player names, score submission, and Cloud Code gameplay services. You are responsible for the player name or other information you choose to submit.

BKaseLabs may remove, reset, hide, or refuse scores, names, or online activity that appears abusive, automated, exploit-based, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with fair play.

7. Purchases, Ads, and Store Terms

TowerRun app builds may include banner ads, rewarded ads, Unity Ads mediation, consent tools, coin pack offers, paywalls, purchase flows, and restore-purchase features. Ads and purchases may be provided through third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads, Unity Ads mediation, Adapty, Apple App Store, and Google Play.

Apple App Store, Google Play, and other platforms may apply their own terms, refund rules, billing rules, and account requirements. BKaseLabs does not control platform-level billing decisions.

8. Updates and Availability

BKaseLabs may update, rebalance, change, pause, remove, or stop supporting TowerRun or parts of TowerRun at any time. Availability may depend on device compatibility, operating system version, app store rules, regional availability, and development status.

9. Feedback

If you send feedback, bug reports, ideas, suggestions, screenshots, or gameplay notes, you allow BKaseLabs to use them to understand, improve, test, promote, and develop TowerRun without obligation to pay or credit you.

10. Intellectual Property

TowerRun, BKaseLabs, logos, game artwork, app icons, screenshots, visual design, website content, and related materials are owned by BKaseLabs or its licensors.

11. Branding and Materials

You may not use BKaseLabs or TowerRun branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership without permission.

12. Fan Content and Sharing

BKaseLabs generally supports players sharing screenshots, videos, commentary, and gameplay clips for personal, editorial, or creator purposes, as long as the content is lawful, does not misrepresent BKaseLabs, and does not use unauthorized extracted assets or modified builds.

13. Age Requirements

TowerRun is not specifically directed toward children. You must meet the minimum age requirements required by your country, local laws, and applicable app store rules to use TowerRun.

14. Privacy

TowerRun privacy practices are explained in the TowerRun Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how website data, app services, ads, purchases, leaderboards, local notifications, support messages, and future features may be handled.

15. Disclaimers

TowerRun and its website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BKaseLabs does not promise that TowerRun will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or unchanged over time.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, BKaseLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to TowerRun, the website, pre-release materials, support communications, or future app features.

17. Changes to These Terms

BKaseLabs may update these Terms of Service as TowerRun changes or before public release. The "Last updated" date will be changed when the terms are revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
